        Yesterday, the first "Blue Sea Creator Training Camp" in the South China Sea ushered in the graduation ceremony and the second launching ceremony. The first 38 entrepreneurs wore their bachelor's clothes and got their gold diplomas. The second phase is expected to start at the end of the first quarter of 2016.

        _Blue Sea Creator Training Camp (referred to as "training camp") is a flexible service platform tailored for start-up enterprises by the South China Sea Talents Office. The training camp is a brand of the strategy of "strengthening enterprises by talents" in South China Sea. It is also a silhouette of the overall situation of South China Sea, which takes serving talents as the core and drives development by serving innovation.

        Under the strategy of innovation-driven development, talent is the backbone of implementing the action plan of innovation and entrepreneurship in the South China Sea. At present, the South China Sea has entered the opening year of the 13th Five-Year Plan, and the idea of "quality South China Sea" runs through all levels of industry and urban development in the South China Sea. Constructing "quality talents" will provide core support for building "quality South China Sea" in an all-round way.
