ANNPO Bio has established a very effective platform technology on cell culture and protein purification processes, which stems from the extensive experience of our team members in developing commercial processes of biomolecules. The platform technology has focused on critical process parameters which can be unique for each drug molecule, while keeping many other parameters fixed. This strategy has shortened the time for process development to as little as 3 months. Furthermore, our cell culture and purification processes are designed with large-scale manufacturing in mind so that they are easy to scale-up while retaining consistency in productivity and product quality once moving into commercial scale production. The three projects we have already developed were scaled up to 250-500L directly from  lab scale while remaining consistent and using minimal time for scaling up. 

      The manufacturing process developed by our has evolved from the mainstream practices of international biomedical manufacturers. Out of a decade of exploration and cumulative experience within the industry, the consolidated “best practices” that we offer are now able to provide effective and economical programs for a steady and low risk mass production.
