Job responsibilities:
1. Establish analytical methods for the research and development and production of protein drugs, verify and transfer the methods according to the specifications;
2. Chromatographic and mass spectrometric analysis of protein samples (such as protein quantitative peptide map, glycosylation analysis, analysis of protein integrity molecule, analysis of PTM and disulfide bond, etc.) and qualitative and quantitative analysis of samples by SDS-PAGE, IEF, CE, etc.
3. Record experimental data according to GMP specification and compile relevant documents and materials, including experimental scheme, experimental report and SOP, etc.
4. Supervision and management of biochemical analysis team.
5. Complete other related tasks assigned by leaders;
6. Reporting object: quality person in charge
Requirements:
1. Doctor degree or above in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, etc.
2. Have rich experience in using liquid phase and mass spectrometry (including LC-MS, LC-MS/MS, etc.) instruments;
3. Rich experience in the development, validation and transmission of analytical methods;
4. Familiar with common protein methods, such as SDS-PAGE, IEF, CE, etc.
